Born in Alexandria, Egypt. After he finished high school his passion for filmmaking was evident. He moved to the United States to pursue his filmmaking career. He graduated from the Los Angeles Film School in 2011. Seif made three short films in the last 2 years Asunder, Birdge of Egypt and Fragments. His work explores a clear aesthetic of surrealism and abstractness. His films have won several awards in California and Egypt.Seif lives in Los Angeles and is currently working on a feature film script.

The story of a nation expressed into lost love and forgotten promises.Three friends recollect their journey to Egypt, uncertain of a man's identity that they met on their voyage.The story explores the nature of conceptual reality and abstractness in search for the truth.
